Lead Financial Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Financial Planner to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role will play a critical part in delivering insightful financial data to inform strategic and operational decision-making.

  • The successful candidate will lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • They will analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare and present monthly management reports, including P&L analysis, variance explanations, and KPIs.
  • They will partner with department heads to understand financial impacts of business initiatives and drive alignment on financial goals.
  • This role will involve developing and maintaining financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • The candidate will monitor key metrics and proactively highlight risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • They will drive continuous improvement in financial planning systems, tools, and processes.
  • Support will be provided for strategic projects such as cost optimization, pricing strategies, and business case development.
  • The individual will ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Get

This is a hybrid position involving regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned office location for a minimum of two days a week.
