At Manulife IT Delivery Center, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (AEM) who is excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. You will have experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software applications as a member of an Agile squad.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Refactor existing code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  2. Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies.
  3. Conduct a Proof of Technology to innovate and incorporate new technology.
  4. Have opportunities to mentor intern students and associate engineers.
  5. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  6. Work closely with other squads to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  7. Work closely with software engineers to establish best practices for development, testing, and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Content Management System (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager - AEM (v6.4+).
  • Experience in Frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular 2+ and Node.
  • Experience in Backend technologies such as Java EE, Servlet, and JSP. Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and working in an Agile team.
