We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Support Engineer and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our fast-paced software team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can provide exceptional technical support and quality assurance expertise.
Main Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues by reproducing problems, reviewing logs, and testing app flows.
- Participate in pre-release QA cycles, conducting thorough testing of app builds on physical devices and simulators.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites, providing critical feedback during release planning to identify potential risks and areas needing special attention.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective support and cross-team collaboration.
- Previous experience in a consumer or business app environment with a proven ability to provide excellent technical support or QA testing.
- Familiarity with test automation tools or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with on-device app testing and simulators/emulators.
