Job Title: Quality Assurance Translator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Translator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality, efficient, and effective translation of our platforms globally.


About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Quality Assurance Translator, you will work closely with our Language & Localisation Manager to guarantee the accuracy and consistency of our translations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage localization projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure timely completion
  • Create and manage global multilingual content strategies to facilitate the delivery of high-quality translations for our platforms
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to various stakeholders to help them understand the translation workflows and how they can effectively utilize the existing translation tools and processes
  • Collaborate with Product, Development Teams, and Quality Assurance to produce high-quality products and guarantee accessibility in all certified languages

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Amenable to work in varying schedules depending on the business need
  • Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably with experience in working in different countries/cultures
  • With experience working with third party vendors
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Quick understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments
