About This Quality Assurance Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee quality management within our organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in championing quality and ensuring compliance with our established processes.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Champion: Lead the charge in promoting quality culture throughout the organisation.
  • QMS Maintenance: Monitor and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
  • Audit Programs: Develop and implement audit programs to ensure adherence to quality protocols.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with colleagues to drive implementation.
  • CAPA Activities: Manage corrective actions to prevent future issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and provide guidance to the team.
  • Risk Management: Facilitate risk assessments to mitigate potential threats.
  • User Needs: Ensure user needs are met through verification and validation activities.
  • Quality Management: Oversee quality assurance for medical device development.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Assess suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Training and Induction: Provide training and support to staff on QMS procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: A relevant degree from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in quality management or a similar field.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
