QA Analyst

We are looking for a skilled QA Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will focus on quality assurance testing with a strong emphasis on release and regression testing.

This position is instrumental in maintaining high quality standards of services, promoting excellence throughout the product suite.

  • Perform QA testing on individual tickets with a primary focus on release and regression testing.
  • Execute manual testing with an opportunity to contribute to automation testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various projects effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Manual Testing.
  • Experienced in executing Regression Testing.

  • Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Prior experience in a tech-centric managed service environment.
  • Relevant certifications in QA or software testing.
