
Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the customer experience team for our Apparel store. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of customer-centric strategies and be able to drive business growth through exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe Customer Experience Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused solutions that improve the overall shopping experience. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implementing process changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Customer Experience Team to drive business growth through exceptional customer service.
- Represent customer interests in business decisions by emphasizing customer feedback and insights.
- Monitor and report on customer experience KPIs; ensure follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions and manage escalation processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on customer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse groups.
- Able to make good decisions independently, with a high level of autonomy.
