Content Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Manager to join our team as a performance-based partner. This is not a salaried role but a partnership-based opportunity where the Content Manager will gain exclusive referral rights to our client base.

The role involves managing our social media presence and contributing to a coordinated multi-channel growth strategy alongside SEO specialists, BDRs, and web designers.

  1. Manage Social Media Accounts: Assist with managing all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  2. Create and Schedule Posts: Create and schedule at least 15 posts per month based on a content calendar
  3. Engage with Followers: Actively engage with followers and respond to comments within 24 hours
  4. Track Analytics: Track and report on monthly analytics (engagement, follower growth, etc.)

This is a part-time role with flexible work hours, requiring variable time commitments based on content requirements. The duration of this trial partnership is 6 months, after which it can be renewed for up to 12 months if key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
