Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing digital and social media content across various brands. This includes coordinating content development with internal teams and external creatives to ensure alignment with brand tone and strategic goals.

You will also manage day-to-day community engagement and customer interaction across social and digital platforms. Your long-term goal is to implement content calendars and national social media campaigns, including Meta ad management and local store opening activations.

In addition, you will report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, community management metrics, and content analytics. You will provide actionable insights to stakeholders and collaborate with internal and external partners to build channel communities, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.

Finally, you will analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Strong written communication and content editing skills
  • Solid organizational, planning, and reporting capabilities
