Position Title: Digital Content Strategist

Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a Digital Content Strategist to support the development of digital content, maintain a consistent brand voice, and optimize marketing execution through performance-driven strategies. This role combines creative content development with analytical insights to enhance engagement and support executive communications.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Develop and schedule daily content aligned with branding and campaign goals

  • Brainstorm and research new content ideas across channels

  • Assist in content management, back-office documentation, and version control

  • Use performance metrics to optimize and adjust content strategies

Executive Communication Support:

  • Contribute to Daily Byte, a morning forum on:

    • Industry trends
      AI transformation

    • IT and digital operations challenges

  • Support content research, outline creation, promotional activities, and technical setup

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly reports on content calendar performance and audience engagement

  • Participate in regular team alignment meetings to gather feedback and improve execution

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital content, marketing, or strategy

  • Strong writing and research skills

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and content management systems

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
