Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development of digital content, maintain a consistent brand voice, and optimize marketing execution through performance-driven strategies.

This role combines creative content development with analytical insights to enhance engagement and support executive communications.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and schedule daily content aligned with branding and campaign goals

    • Brainstorm and research new content ideas across channels

    • Assist in content management, back-office documentation, and version control

    • Use performance metrics to optimize and adjust content strategies

  • Executive Communication Support:

    • Contribute to Daily Byte, a morning forum on industry trends, AI transformation, IT and digital operations challenges

    • Support content research, outline creation, promotional activities, and technical setup

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Prepare weekly reports on content calendar performance and audience engagement

    • Participate in regular team alignment meetings to gather feedback and improve execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital content, marketing, or strategy

  • Strong writing and research skills

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and content management systems

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
