Insurance Operations Assistant

The Insurance Operations Assistant is a key role in our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless client experiences and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our insurance business. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client workflows and applications from submission to final policy activation
  • Coordinating with underwriters and internal teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of client inquiries
  • Assisting with lead intake and CRM management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Providing exceptional customer service through empathetic and professional communication
  • Identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies, improving processes and procedures as needed
