About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, a consultative approach, and strong relationship-building skills. This role requires generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Makes 80-100 calls per day to warm leads who have completed business registration with us.
  • Conducts consultative conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals.
  • Positions financial and technical solutions such as business loans, payment processing, banking services, and website building to address client pain points.
  • Clearly explains complex financial and technical concepts in a simple, client-friendly way.
  • Builts and maintains long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds individual and team sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
  • Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
