Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing and resolving technical queries from our community, using your expertise and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • You will work closely with our development team to identify and report bugs, and provide feedback on new features and product enhancements.
  • You will be accountable for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, compliments, and suggestions for improvement.
  • You will participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
  • You will contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our support operations.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications and technologies.
