Job Summary

We are seeking a Trust and Safety Policy Strategist to develop and implement policies ensuring the safety and security of clients' platforms and users.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clear interpretations, actionable insights, and robust support to operations, quality, and LX teams as the primary SME for T&S policies.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality and LX to analyze policy effectiveness, identify pain points in application, and recommend practical, action-oriented solutions for improved efficiency and consistency.
  • Offer concise recommendations to internal leaders and client contacts that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.
  • Continuously monitor policy application, spot emerging trends or potential issues, and provide data-driven suggestions or solutions for policy refinement and program enhancement.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in T&S policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role.
  • Proven ability to create and refine policy in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments.
  • Demonstrated experience turning regulatory or legal guidance into frontline-ready SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing directions with limited guidance.
