About this role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an AI Safety Services professional.

The Role:

  • Filling the funnel: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for sales-accepted leads (SLAs) and first meetings booked.
  • Creating balance: Convert inbound interest quickly and run focused outbound plays when pipeline needs a boost.
  • Informing the roadmap: Surface prospect pains and trends to inform product development.
  • Raising the bar for safety: Help more labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads using discovery questions that tease out technical scope, risk drivers, and buying timelines.
  • Research & prospect: Build short, targeted lists of AI labs, hyperscalers, and fast-growing apps; craft personalized sequences via internal tools, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Book the first meeting: Secure calendar time for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers; prep them with detailed call notes and prospect context.
  • Stay sharp: Track daily AI-safety headlines, regulations, and tooling updates; translate buzz into relevant talking points.
  • Keep the CRM clean: Log activity, enrich accounts, and report on conversion so leadership can forecast with confidence.
