Job Profile:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to fill the role of Real Estate Collections Specialist.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in English, experience utilizing QuickBooks, and the ability to professionally handle collections calls with ease.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers with outstanding balances to collect overdue payments and update payment statuses accurately.
  • Maintain precise records of all customer interactions, including contact dates and results.
  • Analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) data in QuickBooks to identify overdue accounts and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
  • Record collection efforts in a spreadsheet as per established guidelines.
  • Follow up with customers red-flagged for aging outstanding balances and encourage timely payments.
  • Refer customers for service termination when necessary, following company protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to report progress and address any issues that may arise.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, specifically managing AR reports and recording transactions accurately.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills for professional communication.
  • Experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and collection guidelines.
