Customer Support Manager Role

The Customer Support Manager will oversee a team of 10-12 engineers responsible for providing technical support to our customer base. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining the highest standard of customer service, individualized career development, and successful execution of the customer journey.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Support and requires strong management skills, experience in a technical role, and prior success in career development. The ideal candidate is highly focused on increasing customer satisfaction and retention, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

A background in distributed systems, Hadoop, cloud technologies, security, DBMSs, and navigating complex codebases is beneficial. Additionally, experience supporting Enterprise and SaaS applications in a 24x7 environment is required.
