
Customer Support Specialist

As a customer-focused support specialist, you will be the key point of contact for clients.
Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to appropriate team members when necessary
- Maintain and update customer support records, including case notes and resolution status
- Provide product or service information, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of offerings
- Collaborate with client teams to improve support processes and customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service-level expectations
