Requirements

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role is open only to new graduates who are eager to start their careers in customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients with booking maintenance services, rescheduling, and addressing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service requests are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information about our maintenance services, policies, and pricing.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a recent graduate (Bachelor's degree in any field).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using computers, email, and chat-based customer support tools.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules to align with U.S. business hours.
