Job Opportunity: Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize ServiceNow case management tool to manage inquiries, evaluate cases, resolve at first point of contact and/or escalate queries with a customer-centric approach.
  • Identify knowledge gaps, collaborate with the team and HR COE to create knowledge articles, ensuring consistent and easily accessible information for better service delivery.
  • Timely escalation of employee issues/concerns and feedback enables HR to capture the Voice of the Customer.
  • Maintain operational excellence standards and provide best-in-class HR Service Delivery Catalogue.
  • Perform administrative tasks and documentation within the scope of ASK HR Service Delivery Catalogue.
  • Work in ambiguous situations where tasks may not be clear, take ownership and/or contribute to making things better with guidance and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other discipline preferred.
  • Experience in helpdesk or customer support roles, particularly in HR or Shared Services environments is advantageous.
  • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills are essential.
