We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Service/Product Support specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with technical problems, offering solutions and guidance to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure comprehensive problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in customer service, proficiency in English, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
  • Tech-Centric Experience: Familiarity with product support and troubleshooting processes, and any relevant certifications in customer service or technical support.
