About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient issue resolution, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues on the first call, minimizing the need for follow-up interactions.
  • Research and retrieve information from various systems to support customer needs, providing accurate and reliable solutions.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims, maintaining a high level of detail and precision.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience is highly desirable.
  • A strong command of the English language is essential.
  • A typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
