We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy candidate matching expert to join our team. As the bridge between clients and candidates, you will help both parties succeed by identifying ideal matches and facilitating seamless communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client requirements and job descriptions to identify potential candidate fits.
  • Assess and evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and skill sets to ensure accuracy.
  • Submit shortlisted candidates with detailed notes and recommendations for internal review.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to foster strong connections.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and placements to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and research, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate fit.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to use CRM tools and other software applications to streamline processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
