Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our recruitment team as a Client Matching Associate. As a critical part of our operations, you will work closely with our candidate pool and clients to ensure high-quality placements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and evaluating top candidates from our existing talent pool to meet client needs
  • Scheduling and conducting multiple interviews during your shift, ensuring seamless communication with the Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams
  • Coordinating requests between candidates and internal teams to facilitate smooth recruitment operations
  • Creating detailed evaluation reports to help clients make informed hiring decisions
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly goals by delivering high-quality candidate placements that exceed client expectations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Magic's quality standards and processes
  • Provide clear insights to improve training and matching processes
