Position Details
  • Primary focus is on engaging with leads through calls, emails, and chats, providing tailored, value-driven conversations.
  • Handling inbound inquiries, guiding learners through the application process, and conducting outbound calls to convert high-priority leads.
  • Following up with leads, adapting strategies to drive them closer to enrollment.
  • Tracking inquiries across digital channels, ensuring timely responses within SLAs.
  • Reviewing and evaluating sales interactions for quality and compliance with standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in consultative telesales or inbound/outbound sales (bonus points if you have education, EdTech, or SaaS experience).
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment, with discipline to manage your own productivity and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal, with strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and active listening; ability to adapt approach to each learner and guide them to the right program.
