Job Overview

Lead Analyst for Strategic Insights

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide actionable business insights to drive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain large datasets for quality control, including completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement data quality management policies and best practices to improve overall data health.
  • Perform source-to-destination test validation using advanced SQL queries.
  • Verify test results through analysis of databases, graphical user interfaces, and data transmissions.
  • Develop automated dashboards with insightful visualizations.
  • Create data-driven presentations that translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Document and communicate testing issues, working closely with Data Engineers to resolve them.
  • Build and execute comprehensive test scripts.
  • Share knowledge and best practices in data quality with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of industry best practices, testing tools, and techniques.
