Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Insights Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders.

They will be responsible for leading the marketing insights sub-team, managing team members, and driving continual optimization of the sub-team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for marketing insights
  • Lead the marketing insights sub-team and manage team members
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to drive business performance
  • Provide recommendations based on actionable, data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with regional and local business intelligence teams
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • At least 7 years of work experience in a marketing-related industry
  • Experience in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and command of English language
  • Strong grasp on numbers and proficiency in Excel
  • Able to pivot quickly with changes in management direction
  • Displays ownership over one's work and successes
  • Honest, transparent, and has integrity
