Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate recurring reports and ad hoc insights to stakeholders within the organization. They will also investigate and analyze data issues and anomalies reported by stakeholders, collaborate closely with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure data accuracy and consistency, and communicate findings and resolutions in a timely and clear manner.

• Deliver timely and accurate reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
  
• Investigate and resolve data issues and anomalies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution.
  
• Provide exceptional stakeholder management and support, proactively seeking feedback, sharing updates and new ideas, and meeting regularly with key stakeholders.
  
• Manage multiple projects effectively, gathering requirements, recommending approaches, and developing and testing solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain self-service dashboard solutions using advanced data visualization tools.
  
• Learn and apply new ways to generate insight using machine learning, advanced analytics, and other data wrangling and visualization tools.
  
• Improve and automate processes using a variety of tools and technologies, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality results.
  
• Communicate insights effectively using creative data visualizations and storytelling techniques.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a relevant field that uses quantitative analysis and critical thinking.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, decision support, or research, with strong Excel skills and experience with large, complex data sets.
  
• Strong data visualization skills with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  
• Familiarity with HR or Finance processes and data sets is advantageous.
  
• Experience with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis is a plus.
  
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges.
