  4. Team Collaboration – Contribute to a high-performing team, organizing workstreams, facilitating client workshops, and adapting to new challenges.
  5. Growth & Development – Learn from top-tier consulting professionals, refining your expertise in business transformation, Agile delivery, and strategy execution.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience – 2-5 years in a top-tier consulting firm specializing in management consulting, strategy, or business transformation.
  • Education – Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Consulting Mindset – Structured thinking, strategic problem-solving, and strong business acumen.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills – Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for client presentations and financial modeling.
  • Client Leadership – Strong communication skills, capable of leading teams, facilitating workshops, and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities – Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop structured solutions.
  • Adaptability & Growth Mindset – Eager to learn, resilient in fast-paced environments, and open to working in diverse teams.
