Job Description

This role involves working from home as a customer service representative for a leading business process outsourcing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, proactively reaching out to existing customers, and promoting new products and services.

Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues on the first call, researching and retrieving information across systems, accurately documenting interactions and processing claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, and following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources.

Requirements
  • Previous call center experience is essential, with strong proficiency in English both written and spoken required.
  • Candidates must have prior work-from-home experience and reside within 80km of our office.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows operating systems.
