Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to interact with customers and provide them with exceptional service? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and promoting new products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, following established scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, research, and retrieval of information across systems.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience is required, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work from home and maintain consistent attendance and adherence to scheduling requirements.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
