Job Title: Recruiting CoordinatorAbout the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Recruiting Coordinator to provide top-notch support in our hiring process.

This role requires a high-touch approach, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers alike. You will be responsible for managing candidate interactions, performing video screening interviews, and maintaining the integrity of our applicant tracking system.

You will also schedule candidates for interviews, track recruiting activities, and provide consistent feedback to stakeholders. Additionally, you will administer recruiting tests and assignments, assess candidates' skills, and prepare onboarding sessions for new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high-touch concierge service to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Manage all candidate communication and internal communication with hiring managers
  • Perform video screening interviews following a script
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule candidates for interviews while coordinating calendars and communicating effectively with multiple hiring managers
  • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide regular feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and management team members
  • Create and maintain a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills
  • Prepare onboarding sessions for new employees
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong and stable internet connection for video and audio calls

  • Strong teamwork and project management skills
  • Experience in recruiting, online interviews, and human resources
