Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
The Talent Acquisition Associate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

About This Role:
Key Responsibilities- IDentify problems, collect data, establish facts, and conclude the fitness of candidates.
- Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions.
- Assist in gathering data needed for recruitment reports.
- Identify and resolve reporting issues promptly.
- Provide suggestions to improve recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- At least 1 year of experience in volume/corporate hiring (leadership hiring is an advantage).
- BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
- Adaptable to a flexible schedule.
- Maintain confidentiality.
