Job OverviewAs an Account Manager, you will be:
- Managing and ensuring your portfolio of accounts is effectively managed and maximize revenue growth.
- Working closely with internal creatives team and ecommerce managers to develop, execute and manage smooth delivery of innovative and impactful digital ecommerce campaigns and content.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their creative needs and objectives.
- Contributing to the development of creative strategies that align with clients' overall business goals and objectives.
A successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
- At least 4+ years of experience in account servicing role
- Proven track record of managing successful, innovative campaigns across multiple platforms
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge in creative and Gen AI tools for content production will be an added advantage.
- Ability to think strategically and to understand business objectives and how they can be achieved through creative solutions

- Organized: Able to work independently, effective time management skills with the ability to manage digital transformation projects; must be able to prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks and possess a "sense of urgency" to ensure deadlines are met.
- Team player: Demonstrates a strong ability to support department staff members, managers and establish collaborative relationships with peers.
