Job Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be:

  • Managing and ensuring your portfolio of accounts is effectively managed and maximize revenue growth.
  • Working closely with internal creatives team and ecommerce managers to develop, execute and manage smooth delivery of innovative and impactful digital ecommerce campaigns and content.
  • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their creative needs and objectives.
  • Contributing to the development of creative strategies that align with clients' overall business goals and objectives.
Experience Needed

A successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
  • At least 4+ years of experience in account servicing role
  • Proven track record of managing successful, innovative campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge in creative and Gen AI tools for content production will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to think strategically and to understand business objectives and how they can be achieved through creative solutions
