About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Wilserve Multipurpose Cooperative.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as experience with installation and configuration of hardware and software.

As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, which includes troubleshooting and repairing technical issues related to computer hardware and software.

You will also be involved in the installation and configuration of hardware and software, as well as the setup of user accounts and email.

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Some of the key tasks you will perform include:

* Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person.

* Troubleshooting and repairing technical issues.
