Job Description:
At Career Professionals, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales orders, timely updating of deliveries and quotations, and coordinating with the sales team and finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking sales through MAS 500 for assigned sales segments and preparing necessary documents;
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales orders for all receipt of Purchase Orders;
  • Timely updating of deliveries and quotations to provide accurate feedback to salesmen;
  • Coodinating with sales team and finance department regarding on-hold customers, advances, collection receipts and invoices;
  • Handling and preparing proforma invoices, rebates, and Credit Memo Applications;
  • Following up payments and other important documents such as BIR 2303, withholding tax etc. from customers;
  • Performing administrative functions such as filing, record upkeep, and customer directory maintenance;
  • Making reports, letters, and quotations when directed;
  • Assisting in monitoring and follow-up of sales orders, deliveries, and collections;
  • Communicating customer queries and concerns to concerned salesmen and providing feedback;
  • Providing feedback to salesmen on significant development and updates regarding sales matters;
  • Handling cancellations or changes in sales orders and coordinating with Logistics Dept.;
  • Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and policies;
  • Performing other sales-related duties as assigned.
