Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating customer details, preparing quotations and job orders for in-house accounts, issuing documents, and coordinating sales projects. They will also make reports and minutes of meetings, prepare physical inventory reports, and facilitate requisitions.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Sales Admin Assistant will provide administrative support and maintain records, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
