About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to lead our Google Ads efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.

  • Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality, relevant ads.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, ad disapprovals, or policy violations.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results (e.g. ROAS, CPC, CPA improvements).
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.
  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
