Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns, leveraging AI-driven marketing strategies. This role will manage multi-channel paid search campaigns, drive automation, and use AI tools to maximize marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Paid Search Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Ad Copy Testing and Optimization: Test ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies; adjust campaigns to improve ROI, CPC, and CPA.
- Budget Allocation and Bid Management: Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and bid management.
- Emerging Advertising Platforms: Set up and test campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
- Automation and Data Enrichment: Automate data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
- AI-Powered Tools: Test and apply AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
- Performance Tracking and Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with SEO, content, social media, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive strategy.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest PPC and AI marketing trends, continuously experimenting with new tools and strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in Paid Media Campaigns: 3+ years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- AI-Driven Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
- Analytics and Data Visualization: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization: Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
- A/B Testing Methodologies: Understanding of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
- CRM Tools and Marketing Automation: Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation (Zapier, AI prompts, etc.).
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with SEO, content, design, and sales teams.
