Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

About the Role

  • Support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

  • Work with the People team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at TaskUs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.

  • Manage employee data while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

  • You will be working in a global team, spanning multiple countries and regions, specifically the delivery of new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.

  • You should be able to develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

  • You will ensure the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive are up-to-date and accurate.

  • You will report on people initiatives as required.

Employee Experience

  • You will work closely with the Zendesk triage team to ensure a 24 hour response time across tickets.

  • You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • You will assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
