Dean of Veterinary Medicine Opportunity

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dean to lead the College of Veterinary Medicine in Manila.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee academic and administrative functions of the college
  • Develop curriculum and manage faculty
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Foster a collaborative academic environment
  • Represent the college in various professional and community settings
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Masters degree or units preferred but if none must be willing to simultaneously pursue his or her Masters
  • Leadership and management skills with experience in academic administration
  • Expertise in Veterinary Medicine including curriculum development and academic standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in faculty management and mentorship
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Dedication to educational excellence and commitment to improving student outcomes
  • Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine or a related field
  • Proven track record of scholarly achievements and professional contributions
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to community development
