Project Manager

Description:

This role is an integral part of the success of Tutor Me Education by launching new projects that include coordination and management of tutors, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for actively supporting Regional Operations to provide outstanding academic services to students and their families.
  • They will operate seamlessly in a virtual operating environment, maintain Tutor Me Education operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • The Project Manager will ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meet operational excellence standards, and provide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations.
  • Key responsibilities include managing class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets, monitoring all students' academic progress, and helping ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates must have excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.

  • Candidates should exhibit professional and approachable demeanor, with effective communications both in virtual environments.
  • They should be proficient in using all communication media, including in person, phone, and video, and able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a virtual operations and team environment, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to changes in work environment by changing behaviors as required.
