About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance field force productivity and overall commercial success.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Drive adoption and impact of CRM tools, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization across teams.
  • Lead coaching initiatives, working closely with HR and technical teams to deliver training that cultivates both soft and technical skills.
  • Ensure target setting, sales incentive execution, and field strategy alignment are executed flawlessly across teams.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Business Insights roles, preferably in Animal Health, Pharma, or Healthcare.
  • Strong background in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with ability to influence across functions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP.
