The Contract Processing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This role involves collaborating with various departments to facilitate contract approvals and maintain organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Review incoming contracts for completeness and adherence to company policies.
- Process contracts efficiently, ensuring all required signatures and approvals are obtained.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for all contracts and related documents.
- Ensure all contracts are accurately tracked and updated in the contract management system.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to clarify contract terms and conditions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve any contract-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits of processed contracts to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Prepare reports on contract status, processing times, and compliance metrics.
- Provide insights to management on contract trends and potential risks.
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external clients regarding contract status and processes.
- At least a High School Diploma (old curriculum) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience.
- Willingness to work onsite.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
