We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead our call center team, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery through efficient operational management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze Salesforce reports to monitor call center performance metrics.
  • Manage cases across all products and departments at a strategic level.
  • Identify and address underperformance among team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Attend regular meetings and create detailed reports on team progress and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in call center management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze call center metrics and implement performance strategies to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency with call center software and systems, including Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices for customer service and operations management.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
