Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage key operational tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management: Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet
  • Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly
  • Digital Access Support: Provide eBook access to customers using designated software
  • Billing: Process invoices to customers after order shipment, adhering to specified formats
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through our website and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices
  • Bookkeeping: Track expenses and income in QuickBooks
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to orders promptly
  • Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records
  • General Management: Support other operational tasks as needed
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and spreadsheet management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in order processing, billing, and data management is a plus
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and Excel software
