Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled facilitator to strengthen local church partnerships and promote child development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community development, partnership management, and program cycle management. They will be responsible for fostering relationships with churches, identifying capacity development needs, and providing expertise as needed.

As a facilitator, you will work closely with pastors and church staff to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them. You will also oversee cluster operations, ensuring collaboration and coordination among churches.

Additionally, you will facilitate the adoption of child protection standards and manage incident reporting. You will utilize facilitation practices to identify needs and apply solutions, providing expertise as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about serving children and churches, and has experience in facilitation, liaising, and financial management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in community development or partnership management.
  • Experience in program cycle management for WASH, Education, and Livelihood projects.
  • Proficient in report writing and impact assessment.
  • Experience in financial management, facilitation, and liaising.
  • Ability to develop networks and mobilize resources.
  • Active member of a local church, passionate about serving children and churches.
