Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reconciliations and process positions related to Corporate Action events and Custody.
  • Revisions of communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events.
  • Develop client-specific service solutions and maintain quality control.
  • Perform multiple transactions of moderate complexity to achieve operating efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Bank Custody.
  • Basic to intermediate level experience in a related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of securities processing with a solid understanding of hedge fund industry standards and practices.
