Job Overview

The Credit Support Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of credit-related tasks. As part of the Credit Group, this individual will work closely with Relationship Managers and the Credit Evaluation team to conduct comprehensive industry and portfolio reviews.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. If you are passionate about finance and looking for a challenging opportunity to grow your skills and expertise, this could be the ideal position for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, including presentation to senior management
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement credit strategies
  • Work on system and process improvement initiatives, coordinating with IT and third-party vendors as needed
Requirements
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and credit evaluation
  • Experience in commercial/corporate credit and financial analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation; mastery in VBA and Macros is a plus
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders within the organization
